Staci Rosche was a two-time volleyball All-American, earning honorable mention honors in 1999 and third team honors in 2000. She earned second team All-Region honors as a sophomore and first team All-Region accolades as a junior and senior. She was also a two-time All-Section selection. She finished her time at BC with school records with 301 career ace serves and 6,196 career assists as well as single season records for aces (81 in 1998) and assists (1,762 in 2000). She held single match records for both aces (9) and assists (92). She finished her career second on BC's all-time dig chart with 1,959. Rosche helped the Chargers to a four-year record of 102-60, including a 31-8 record as a senior. She played in every game of every match, all four years. She was voted the team's MVP following each of her four years with the program. She was a two-time team captain. She also was named a Greater Siouxland Athlete of the Year in 1999. In 2000, she was selected MVP of the Daytona Beach Blast and even earned NAIA National Setter of the Week honors. She was a two-time NAIA All-America Scholar Athlete in 1999 and 2000. She was also a GTE Academic All-District first team selection in 1999 and a second team Verizon Academic All-America in 2000. Rosche graduated summa cum laude from Briar Cliff in 2001.
