Diane Slaughter, formally Becker ('91), earned NAIA Honorable Mention All-American honors following her senior year. Slaughter was the first Charger volleyball player to be named an All-American. She was also a three-time NAIA All-District 15 and a three-time All-Conference selection. She graduated as the single season and career blocks leader with 209 and 567, respectively. Her 93 solo blocks in 1990 also topped the charts for the Blue and Gold. During her career, she helped the Chargers to a mark of 111-53 and two conference championships.
