Lila Frommelt coached the women's golf team from 1971-99 an was instrumental in the program's climb to national prominence, winning countless conference and region championships...earning numerous coaching accolades, including being the first coach inducted into the NAIA Women's Golf Hall of Fame in 1998. She helped coordinate a national championship for NAIA women's golf, which her team qualified for each season...organized and ran the Briar Cliff Invitational, the longest- running small college invitational in the country.
