Grider graduated in 2010 after she was named the 2010 NAIA National Player of the Year. She was a two-time NAIA All-American, earning first team honors as a senior. Grider was a two-time first team all-conference selection and finished her two-year BC career with 1,555 points. She led all of NAIA Division II in scoring as a senior with 25.7 ppg, the second-highest average in a season in Briar Cliff history and her 20.3 ppg as a junior was the third-highest average at the time. Grider dropped a career-high 46 points on Northwestern and set a school record for most points in a season with 925 during the 2009-10 campaign. She also graduated with the school records for free throws in a season (240 in 2009-10) and steals in a season (101 in 2008-09) and her 164 assists in 2009-10 ranked second most in a season in program history.
