The Briar Cliff women's golf team wrapped up competition at the Siouxland Invite Wednesday afternoon, finishing fifth overall after two rounds of competition. 

The Chargers finished the tournament with a team score of +72, improving their position by two spots from the opening round. In the final round, the Chargers carded a team score of 319, marking one of the program's best team rounds since the 2023 championship season.

Lucy Carter led the way for the Chargers, climbing into a tie for sixth place individually after carding a second-round 75 (+3) to finish at +11 for the tournament.

Isabella McNaughton also moved up the leader board, finishing tied for ninth at +13 after shooting a 76 (+4) in the final round. Kate Wahman followed with an 80 (+8) Wednesday, finishing tied for 21st at +19.

Emma Erickson posted an 88 (+16) in the final round to finish 49th at +35, while Ellery Jansen finished tied for 47th at +33 after a 92 (+20) in the second round.
