Blake Hogancamp of the Charger track and field team and Jarrod Gilliam of the Charger wrestling team have been named Hilton Garden Inn Sioux City Riverfront Briar Cliff Co-Athletes of the Week after impressive performances at their respective GPAC tournaments.

Hogancamp, a freshman from Sioux City, IA, finished eighth in shot put at the GPAC Indoor Track and Field Championship with a best mark of 14.60 meters and a new personal best. This performance also earned him all-conference honors.

Gilliam, a senior from Tulsa, Oklahoma, finished fourth at the GPAC Wrestling Championships in the 133-pound bracket. Gilliam went 2-2 in the tournament and punched his ticket to nationals. 
 
The Charger track and field team returns to action on March 27, where they kick off the outdoor track and field season. Gilliam returns to action on March 5 at the National Tournament.
