SCOUTING THE CHARGERS
The Charger football team improved to 3-1 (2-1 GPAC) after earning a tough road win against RV Mount Marty last Saturday in the Catholic Cup.

Brock Saya continued his strong play this season, scoring three total touchdowns while going 17-for-24 passing for 191 yards.
Chase Thomas rushed for 68 yards and two touchdowns in the contest.
Â
Kymani Fleurme led the team in receiving with seven catches for 101 yards.
Ezra Heiner hauled in two grabs for 47 yards while
Steven Whiting caught two touchdown passes.

Saya ranks third in the GPAC in passing yards per game, averaging 282 and ranks third in passing touchdowns with eight this season. Thomas is tied for first in the conference in rushing touchdowns with four.

Fleurme ranks fourth in the conference in receiving yards per contest averaging 94.3 a contest. Whiting is tied for second in the conference in receiving touchdowns with four this season.

The Defense held the Lancers to just 96 yards through the air and 82 yards rushing.
Dayton Harrell for the second straight week recorded an interception.
Cameron Cayou paced the team with six total tackles and half a sack in the contest.

The Tigers fell to the 15
th ranked Northwestern Red Raiders last weekend 23-0.

The Tiger defense was led by Trevor Sladky and Grayson Hanson, both notched a team-high 12 tackles. Sladky recorded an interception in the contest.

Landon Ruesink led the team with two pass breakups while Carter Skogsberg notched a sack.

Jed Jenson has thrown for 484 yards and four touchdowns while adding 63 yards on the ground. Koby Kayser leads the team in rushing with 104 yards on 38 carries.

Cole Holden leads the team in receiving with 206 yards on 18 catches with one receiving touchdown. Sean DeBlieck has hauled in two touchdown passes this season.
