SCOUTING THE CHARGERS
The Briar Cliff men's basketball team returns to GPAC action after dropping their latest conference match-up to RV Northwestern 98-90 at home this past Wednesday night.
Blake Sindelar led the way for BCU with 35 points, on 12-of-19 shooting. He also added seven assists, five rebounds, and a steal.
Jaxson Wingert followed with 27 points, while going a perfect 9-for-9 form the charity stripe. Wingert also tallied eight rebounds and two assists.
Wil Lugar and
Colby Collison contributed eight points each.
Sindelar currently sits fourth in GPAC in points per game averaging 20.3. Lugar is fifth in conference in total blocks at 18.
SCOUTING THE WARRIORS
The Warriors return to conference action after falling in their latest match-up to Hastings 92-79 on the road this past Wednesday night.
Butch Lordeus led the way for Midland with 27 points and shooting 9-of-12 on the night and adding three from beyond the arc. Jake Orr followed with 12 points, nine rebounds, and six assists.
Orr currently ranks fifth in GPAC for total steals at 39.
LAST TIME OUT
The Cliff took a 76-63 victory at home earlier this season.
Sindelar led the way for the BCU with 22 points, four rebounds, and three assists.
Ryan Kleppe followed with 14 points, and three steals.
For the Warriors Jeff Rozelle III led with 15 points and seven rebounds. Amari Rahaman and Lordeus both followed with 11 points.
