The Charger men's basketball team are set to host the RV Northwestern Red Raiders Wednesday evening inside the Newman Flanagan Center. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:45 p.m.
At the conclusion of the women's contest, Briar Cliff will be giving away Subway Protein Pockets to Students, Staff, and Faculty with their ID, as well as Gold Seat Members. We ask that you enter the up the west stairwell near the men's basketball office, walk across the balcony towards the women's basketball offices, where sandwiches will be distributed, and exit down the east stairwell near the elevator.

SCOUTING THE CHARGERS
The Cliff are riding a three-game winning streak after defeating the Dakota Wesleyan Tigers 92-75 last Wednesday in Mitchell, South Dakota.

Blake Sindelar posted a near double-double with 25 points and collected nine rebounds while dishing out three assists. Sindelar went seven-for-13 from the floor and knocked down five threes in the contest.

Wil Lugar stuffed the stat sheet with 19 points, seven rebounds, and five assists while shooting seven-for-10 from the floor.
Jaxson Wingert finished with 15 points and went six-for-six from the charity stripe.
Colby Collison finished with 10 points and nine rebounds while Ryan Kelppe finished with 12 points.

Sindelar ranks fourth in the GPAC in points per game 19.7 and fifth in the rebounds per game averaging 6.5. Lugar ranks fifth in total blocks with 18.
SCOUTING THE RED RAIDERS
The Red Raiders are coming off a 93-67 victory over the Doane Tigers in Orange City, Iowa last Saturday.Â

Jesse Van Kalsbeek led the way for the Red Raiders with a near triple-double with 28 points, 10 rebounds, and nine assists while going 11-for-14 from the field. Jalen Langsy who picked up his third straight GPAC Offensive Player of the Week honor this past Monday added 17 points.

Reid Brennan added 18 points and grabbed 10 rebounds while shooting eight-for-10 from the floor.

Langsy and VanKalsbeek are the GPAC's leading scorers, averaging 28.2 and 28 points per game respectively.

Northwestern took a 100-73 victory in Orange City, Iowa in the early season match up.
Langsy finished with 41 points and went 17-for-24 for the Red Raiders.
Sindelar and Wingert both scored 20 points for the Chargers.
