The Charger men's basketball team look to make it three straight as they travel to Mitchell, South Dakota to take on the Dakota Wesleyan Tigers. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:45 p.m.

SCOUTING THE CHARGERS
The Chargers earned a 66-65 road win over the Hastings Broncos in Hastings, Nebraska last Saturday.
 
Jaxson Wingert led the team with 20 points to go with a block and a steal. Wingert went seven-for-11 from the field and five-for-seven from the free throw line. He drilled one three.
 
Blake Sindelar ranks fourth in the GPAC in points per game, averaging 19.4 per contest while shooting 49.8% from the floor and 25.3% from three. He is also averaging 6.4 rebounds per game to go with four assists per contest.
 
Wil Lugar earned GPAC Defensive Player of the Week Honors after averaging 5.5 defensive rebounds, 2.5 steals, and 1.5 blocks last week. Lugar against the Broncos grabbed six defensive rebounds and posted two steals.


SCOUTING THE TIGERS
The Tigers fell 64-84 to the RV Morningside Mustangs their last time out.  Anthony Riggans paced the Tigers with 17 points on seven-for-12 shooting and knocked down a pair of threes in the contest.
 
Tyson Stevenson added 14 points while shooting four-for-eight from long range. Randy Rosenquist Jr. added nine points, 13 rebounds, and posted six assists while Easton Neuendorf recorded eight points and posted six assists.
 
LAST TIME OUT
The Chargers took a 90-81 victory over the Tigers inside the Newman Flanagan Center in the early season match up. The Chargers shot 53.6% from the field in the contest and knocked down 10 threes.
 
Sindelar posted a double-double with 23 points and collected 13 rebounds while shooting seven-for-13 from the floor and seven-for-10 from the free throw line. Wingert added 20 points and went six-for-11 from the field.
 
Joshua Stevenson provided a spark off the bench, scoring 15 points on five-of-eight shooting.
 
For the Tigers, Rosenquist Jr. scored 19 points and grabbed 14 rebounds. Neuendorf added 17 points and dished out five assists. Riggans added 14 points.
