The 16th-ranked Charger women's basketball team returns to the Newman Flanagan Center this Wednesday evening to host the Waldorf Warriors. Tip-off is set for 6 p.m.

SCOUTING THE CHARGERS
The Briar Cliff women's basketball team returns to GPAC action after defeating Mount Marty this past Saturday, 64-52, improving their record to 15-4 and conference record to 9-4.
 
Brooklyn Heineman led the way for the Chargers with a double-double, tallying 16 points and 12 rebounds. She also recorded five steals in the win. Mallie McNair followed, adding 10 points of her own, along with two rebounds, two assists, and two blocks.  
 
Taylor Sodeman added nine points, four rebounds, two blocks, and a steal, while Abby Lee tallied seven points, 10 rebounds, four blocks, and a steal. 

Lee currently ranks second in the GPAC in points per game, averaging 19.3 per contest. She also ranks fifth in the conference in field goal percentage, shooting 51.1 % from the floor. McNair's 19.2 points per game rank fifth in GPAC, and she currently sits second for Free Throw Percentage at 85.9%. Heineman is second in the conference with total steals at 54.
 
SCOUTING THE WARRIORS
The Warriors return to action after dropping their latest match to Midland at home, 78-54, this past Saturday. 
 
Waldorf was led by Cloey Dmytruk and Charlotte Mills, who each contributed 11 points. Dmytruk also had four rebounds, three blocks, and a steal. Mills recorded four rebounds, four assists, and three steals in the loss.
 
Dmytruk currently ranks fifth in the conference in three-point percentage, shooting an efficient 40.7% from beyond the arc. She also ranks in the top five in total blocks, with 24 total on the season.
 
LAST TIME OUT
The Cliff took a 100-51 victory in Forest City, IA, earlier this season.  
 
Taylor Sodeman led BCU with 14 points, 10 rebounds, two blocks, and a steal in the victory. Lee and McNair followed each adding 13 points of their own. Lee also added three assists, two steals, and a block, while McNair added three steals, two assists, and two rebounds.  
 
For the Warriors, Dmytruk led with 24 points, six rebounds, two steals, and two blocks.
