The Charger men's soccer team defeated the Central Christian Tigers 4-2 in McPherson, Kansas Saturday afternoon.
 
The Tigers struck first in the 29^th minute after breaking the scoreless tie from a goal from Joel Romero.
 
The Cliff from that point on went to score four unanswered goals, starting with a goal from Angjelos Arapi in the 47^th minute off an assist from Alejandro Illan.
 
Coming out of intermission, Illan would find the back of the net in the 49^th minute from an assist from Gabriel Hernandez Les. Leon Hesselbarth gave the Chargers a 3-1 lead in the 55^th minute from a feed from David Sauter.
 
Finlay Skilling capped off the scoring in the 77^th minute off a cross from Hernandez Les. The Tigers scored in the final moments of the match to cut the lead to two.
 
The Chargers improve to 2-0 on the season, and will return to Faber Field this Wednesday, as they host the Bellevue Bruins. Kickoff is scheduled for 3:30 p.m.
