The 8th-ranked Charger women's basketball heads back on the road, traveling to Yankton, SD, to take on the Mount Marty Lancers. Tip-off is scheduled for Saturday at 2:00 p.m.

SCOUTING THE CHARGERS
The eighth-ranked Chargers have started the 2025 season with a 9-2 overall record and 3-2 in GPAC play, dropping their latest matchup to No.1 Dordt.
 
Mallie McNair continues to lead the Charger offense, averaging 20.0 points per game. McNair is shooting an efficient 54.7% from the field and 38.3% from beyond the arc. She also leads the team in assists per game with 2.7.
 
Right behind her is freshman Abby Lee, who is putting up 19.4 points per game, along with 7.7 rebounds.  Lee is also shooting 54.7% from the field and 40% from the three.
 
Taylor Sodeman and Kenna Mongan average 11.4 and 10.3 points per game, respectively. Brooklyn Heineman also adds 7.6 points per game, along with a team-leading 2.6 steals.
 
SCOUTING THE LANCERS
The Lancers currently sit at 7-2 overall and 3-2 in GPAC play, after defeating College of Saint Mary 82-58 in Omaha, Nebraska.
 
Mount Marty is led by Lacey Sprakel, who is averaging 16.1 points per game overall and 17.2 in conference play. She also leads the team in rebounds, averaging 7.0 a game.
 
She's followed closely by Kaela Martinez, who's averaging 10.8 points per game, and Leah Williams, who has 10.3.
