The RV Charger football team fell 51-0 against the 13
th ranked Dordt Defenders Saturday in Sioux Center, Iowa.
The Defenders led 24-0 heading into intermission.
Dayton Harrell led the team with 10 tackles including eight solo tackles.
Max Rascon Jr. and
Kyle Gibson both recorded six tackles with a tackle-for-loss.
Johnny Bauser recorded four tackles with 1.5 tackles-for-loss.
Chase Thomas rushed for 53 yards on 18 carries and led the team in receiving with five catches for 35 yards.
Steven Whiting recorded three catches for 20 yards.
The Chargers move to 4-2 (3-2 GPAC) and will return to Memorial Field next Saturday, as they host the Northwestern Red Raiders. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m.
