The Charger men's soccer rolled to a 6-0 victory over the Warriors of Waldorf on Senior Day Wednesday afternoon on Faber Field.
Yalin Alici scored in the second minute off an assist from
Antoni Llull Plomer to put the Chargers up 1-0 in the match.
Edvard Orseth scored shortly after to put the Chargers up 2-0.
On a free kick,
Filip Peters sent a cross into the box, and
Cole Van Holland finished with a header to put Briar Cliff up 3-0.
Jasper Van Der Molen opened the second half with an early goal while
Gabriel Hernandez Les added two goals late to secure the 6-0 victory.
The Charger defense did not allow a single shot on goal all match.
BCU was awarded 10 corner kicks in the match.
The Chargers will enter the GPAC post season tournament as the 7th seed, and will travel to Concordia next tuesday for the opening round of the GPAC tournament. Kickoff is slated for 7 p.m. in Seward, Nebraska.
