Dominic Archer,
Hope Wagner and
Isabel Sayler represented the Charger track and field teams on the all-GPAC teams. All three athletes were also named all-GPAC during the indoor season.

Archer qualified for the finals in the 100-meter dash after posting a 10.80 second race in the prelims. Archer ran a time of 10.67 in the finals to take sixth in the event. The time was Archer's best of the season so far and is just .07 seconds off a NAIA 'B' standard time.

Wagner had her best throw in the shotput in her second attempt, posting a mark of 13.47 meters that would be good for a fourth-place finish. Wagner's qualified for the NAIA Outdoor Track and Field Championships already with a season best and NAIA 'A' standard throw at the Red Raider Open of 13.90 meters.

Sayler recorded a mark of 10.68 meters in the triple jump and placed seventh in the event. Sayler's season best was 10.84 meters at the Sioux City Relays.

The 2023 GPAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships were held in Sioux Center, Iowa, and were hosted by Dordt University.
The top eight in each event and top three relays are considered GPAC All-Conference for Outdoor Track and Field.
