The Briar Cliff baseball team had six players named to the all-GPAC teams led by
Jake Allen's second-team selection.

Allen, a senior from Plaquemine, Louisiana, held a .292 batting average and led the team with eight home runs, while ranking third on the team with eight doubles. Allen had 31 RBIs, one triple, a .361 on-base percentage, and nine multi-hit games. His best game at the plate was in a loss to Concordia when he went 3-for-5 with one home run, one double, one run scored, and three RBIs.

Steinborn, a senior from Lake City, Iowa, threw a team-high 64.0 innings in 14 appearances with 10 starts. He carried a 5-7 record and threw four complete games with a 5.63 ERA. Steinborn totaled 60 strikeouts to his 27 walks. He had one 10-strikeout game and tallied three games with more than five strikeouts. His best performance on the mound was a dominating one-run, seven-inning complete game win over Louisiana Christian with 10 strikeouts.

Hmielewski, a junior from Marshall, Minnesota, made 11 appearances on the mound with 10 starts and had a 4-3 record. In 61.1 innings, he struck out 58 batters and carried a team-low 4.26 ERA. His best outings of the season were his 12-strikeout day win over Dakota Wesleyan and five-hit, seven-inning shutout over Hastings with four strikeouts.

Evers, a senior from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, recorded a team-high .331 batting average and led the team with 32 RBIs. He had a .468 on-base percentage and led the Cliff with 31 drawn walks. Evers tallied 13 extra-base hits with seven doubles and six home runs. Against Valley City State, Evers went 3-for-4 with one double, one home run, and four RBIs.

Sitzmann, a sophomore from Sioux City, Iowa, pitched in 13 games for the Cliff, making 11 starts with a 2-3 record. He totaled 63.0 innings, a team-high 80 strikeouts, and a 5.43 ERA. He reached double-digit strikeouts twice. Sitzmann carded one seven-inning complete game in a win over LSU Alexandria, where he allowed only three hits and struck out eight.

Rogers, a senior from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, led the Chargers with 48 total hits, 43 runs scored, and three triples. He posted a .281 batting average with six doubles and three home runs. He tallied 29 RBIs and nine stolen bases. Rogers carded nine multi-hit games, including four games with three or more hits. He went 4-for-5 with one double, one home run, four runs scored, and six RBIs in a 15-3 win over Louisiana Christian.
