Biography
2017: Played in 20 matches and 70 sets for the Cliff...led the team in blocks with 76.0 rejections (15 solo, 61 assisted)...was fifth on the team in kills with 85...also conributed 26 digs...recorded 7.0 blocks in matchs against Dordt and Concordia...her season-high in kills was eight against Concordia...earned second team all-conference honors.
HS: Alderson was a six-time letterwinner for the Arrows of Pipestone Area High School with three letters apiece in volleyball and basketball. She was named all-conference in volleyball twice and was the team MVP as a junior. She notched an all-conference honorable mention selection as a freshman.
Personal: Kiaya is the daughter of Cary and Christina Alderson and is majoring in kinesiology.
