Briar Cliff University

Luis De La Fuente joined the Charger coaching staff in 2023 as the designated assistant coach.
 
De La Fuente, a native of Arriondas, Spain, has been involved in soccer since he was 5 years old. As a player, De La Fuente represented Tusculum University the last year where he has been honored as NCAA D II National Player of the week and SAC Offensive of the week for the week of Oct. 10-16.
 
De La Fuente is pursuing a master's degree in leadership while at Briar Cliff University.
