2016 Outdoor: Participated in five events...was an All-American in the in the 4x800 relay finishing fourth (7:42.65) at the NAIA Championships...was All-GPAC in the 4x800 finishing second (7:43.23) at the GPAC Championships...ran a personal-best 400 meter time at the Red Raider Open (52.11)...posted finishes in the top eight of the 800 meters on four occasions finishing second at the Wildcat Classic (1:56.40), fourth at the Vance Butler Invitational (1:59.88), sixth at the Dordt Invitational (2:00.45) and sixth at the Prairie Wolf Invitational (1:57.01)...helped the BCU 1600 sprint medley relay team finish first at the Sioux City Relays (3:35.26).

2016 Indoor: Competed in five events for the Chargers...earned All-American honors in the 4x800 relay helping the Chargers set a school record time and place fourth at the NAIA Championships (7:46.15)...garnered All-GPAC honors in the 600 meters placing fourth at the GPAC Championships (1:23.53) and helped the BCU 4x800 team place second at the GPAC Championships (7:46.46)...posted top eight finishes in the 600 meters on three occasions during the regular season placing fifth at the Dennis Young Classic (1:26.56), sixth at the Chelsey M. Henkenius Open (1:25.49) and fifth at the BVU Invite (1:24.11)...ran a season-best 800 meter time at the SDSU Indoor Classic (1:59.01)...placed fifth in the 1000 meters at the Chelsey M. Henkenius Open (2:39.16)...helped the Chargers 4x400 team finish eighth at the Dordt Indoor Open (3:40.15)...named academic All-GPAC.

2015 Outdoor: Participated in the 800 meter run and the 4x400 and 4x800 meter relays during the outdoor season...was an alternate at the NAIA Championships in the 4x800 relay...was all-conference after helping the 4x8 team set a new school record with a second place finish at the GPAC Championships with a team-time of 7:41.00...best time in the 800 meter run also came at the GPAC Championships, clocking a 1:57.93 to finish 14th. 

2015 Indoor: Competed in the 600 and 800 meter runs and the 4x400 meter relay during the indoor season...helped the 4x400 team place fourth at the Ward Haylett Invite with a team time of 3:30.12...finished 11th in the 800 at the GPAC Championships, clocking a 2:02.77.
