2016: Played in all 11 games on the offensive line...helped the Chargers accumulate 978 rushing yards and 1,089 passing yards this season...earned honorable mention All-GPAC honors.

HS: Eight-time letterwinner for the Dons of Coronado High School (three in football, three in track, two in basketball)...first team all-region in football, all-city track and all-state track as a junior...first team all-state, all-region and all-city in football and all-city track and all-state track as a senior.

Personal: Son of Lance Wayland and Michelle Bailey...criminology major.
