Briar Cliff University

Ted Soenksen is in his second year as an assistant with the Charger Football Program. Soenksen will serve as the team's offensive line coach, while assisting with recruiting and video. Prior to coming to Briar Cliff, he spent two and half years as the running backs coach and video coordinator at Central Methodist College. Prior to that, he served as the offensive line coach and video coordinator at MacMurray College for the 2006 season. Soenksen has coachedat least oneall-conference selection in each of his previous seasons. The Vernon Hills, Ill. native is a 2006 graduate of Lake Forest College. He earned his masters' in education from Central Methodist in 2009. Soenksen, who also works within the academic success center at Briar Cliff, resides in Sioux City.
