Connor Durdan joined the Briar Cliff football staff in January of 2024. A native of Grand Ridge, Illinois, he brings collegiate playing and coaching experience to the Chargers program.
He played collegiately at Loras College from 2019 to 2023 as an offensive lineman. During the 2024 season, he coached the Chargers’ defensive line before transitioning in January of 2025 to coach the running backs and tight ends.
In his first season on staff, Briar Cliff finished second in the GPAC in team sacks, highlighted by defensive lineman Carlos Lopez, who under Durdan's guidance, led the conference in sacks and earned Second Team All-GPAC honors.
