2014 Outdoor: Participated in three events during the outdoor season...was second in the javelin at the Sioux City Relays with a throw of 53.83 meters...finished 32nd in the 100 meter hurdles at the Wildcat Open with a time of 18.92...best time in the 100 meter dash during the season was 12.40 at the Wildcat Open.

2014 Indoor: Competed in six events during the indoor season...best finish of the year was fifth place in the 60 meter hurdles at the Wartburg Open with a time of 9.92...finished sixth in the Heptathlon at the Dennis Young Classic with 2853 points...was 13th in the pole vault at the Dordt Invite with a vault of 3.25 meters.
