2010: In his third year with the Charger baseball program.

2009: As a sophomore he hit .294 with 42 hits, 9 doubles, 5 homeruns, 31 RBI's, and 26 runs scored.
2008:  As a freshman year was named Honorable mention All GPAC, he hit .321 with 45 hits, 8 doubles, 1 homerun, 17 RBI's, and 31 runs scored. Started all 47 games at shortstop for the Chargers.
 
HS: Earned seven varsity letters for the Warriors, four in baseball, and three in football? First Team All Region in Baseball as a junior... First Team All Region in Baseball, Second Team All Region in Football, State All Star game in baseball as a senior.
 
PERSONAL: Son of Michael and Janet Benton? Graphic Design and Accounting majors.
