SCOUTING THE CHARGERS 
The Chargers return back to conference action with a 10-5 (1-3 GPAC) record after most recently falling in a four set battle to the No.12 ranked Dakota Wesleyan Tigers  
 
Alexis Even leads the Charger attack with 103 kills averaging 1.87 per set. Emma Brenelli and Caton Firkins follow with 88 kills apiece.  
 
Freshman setter Mia Torchia has dished out 242 assists on the year after adding 20 in their last game against the Tigers marking her fifth match with 20+ assists. Reese Strouth also directs the Cliffs offensive efforts with 194 assists on the year averaging 3.8 per set 

Ireland Jackson leads the backline totaling 172 digs on the year. Torchia follows with 102. At the net, Aubrey Hoeft adds 75 blocks and currently lead the GPAC in blocks per set at 1.34. She's followed by Brooklyn Voss with 50, and Firkins with 39.
 
SCOUTING THE MUSTANGS
The No.14 ranked Mustangs return to GPAC play with a 14-3 (3-1 GPAC) record, after most recently defeating RV Dordt in a reverse sweep.

Sidda Hagedorn leads the Morningside attack with 230 kills averaging 3.65 a set, she currently sits second in GPAC for total kills and third in GPAC for kills per set. Miyah Whitehead follows with 180 kills on the year, and Aubrey Sandbothe adds 136. 
 
Lone setter Kyla Dyrstad orchestrates the Mustang offense with 664 assists on the year averaging 10.38 per set and currently sits third in GPAC for assists per set.

Defensively, Maddie LaFleur has contributed 231 digs on the year. She's followed by Sandbothe with 209 and Hagedorn with 188.

LAST TIME OUT 
In their October 2025 meeting Morningside swept Briar Cliff inside the Newman Flanagan Center.
 
The Chargers were led by Brenelli who recorded eight kills, while Firkins added five. Hoeft, Voss, and Firkins combined for 12 blocks on the night.
 
For the Mustangs, Dyrstad tallied 37 assists and 16 digs.
