The Briar Cliff men's and women's golf teams wrapped up competition at the Mount Marty Invite Tuesday at Tatanka Golf Club, with both squads competing across two rounds of action.

The men's team finished fifth overall with a two-round score of 641(+65). Wongsakorn Fankumsai led the Chargers individually, finishing 14^th overall. Braden Fleischman followed in 20th, while Logan Collette finished 24th. Alfie Henderson placed 26th, and Thomas Goetz rounded out the Charger lineup in 27th.

On the women's side, the Chargers finished tied for fifth with a team score of 685(+109).

Ellery Jansen paced Briar Cliff with a 12^th-palce finish, posting a two-round score of 165 (+21). Jansen opened the tournament with a career-low of 78 (+6) on Monday before carding an 87 in the final round.

Lucy Carter finished 16th at 166 (+22), followed by Kate Wahman in 27th at 176 (+32) and Izzy McNaughton in 31st at 180 (+36). Madison Bushkofsky, finished with a two-round total of 184 (+40).

The women's team returns to action this Saturday September 26, heading to Marshall, MN for the SMSU Fall Invite.

The men's team will return to action October 7^th at the Ryder Cup in Yankton, SD.
