SCOUTING THE CHARGERS 
The Chargers return to GPAC play with a 10-3 (1-1 GPAC) record after defeating the Waldorf Warriors on the road this past Wednesday night.

Alexis Even leads the team with 89 kills, averaging 1.86 per set. Caton Firkins follows with 77 kills on the year, and Emma Brenelli has contributed 76 after a standout performance against the Warriors where she tallied 14 kills on the night.

Freshman setter Mia Torchia currently directs the offensive with 212 assists on the year, recording 28 alone against Waldorf. Reese Strouth follows with 162 assists on the year.

Leading the defense, freshman libero Ireland Jackson has totaled 151 digs at 3.02 per set. Torchia follows with 87. At the net, Aubrey Hoeft adds 67 blocks and currently lead the GPAC in blocks per set at 1.37. She's followed by Brooklyn Voss with 45, and Firkins with 34.
 
SCOUTING THE DEFENDERS
The Defenders return to GPAC play with a 9-4 (0-1 GPAC) record, after falling in their most recent match up on the road at #11 Dakota Wesleyan.

Haley Kuperus leads the Dordt as attack with 129 kills. Laney Wolfswinkel follows with 90, and Ada Dekkers adds 82 on the season. 

Setters Chloe Huisman and Carlee Jackson lead the offense. Huisman has 288 assists on the year (6.26 a/s), while Jackson adds 203 (4.41 a/s).

Defensively, Kylie Beckering leads the team with 214 digs, and currently sits second in GPAC in total digs and third in GPAC in digs per set at 4.55. She's followed by Hailey Wielenga with 102. At the net Ellie Weg has totaled 50 blocks on the season.

LAST TIME OUT 
In their October 2025 meeting, Briar Cliff fell in three to the Defenders. Firkins led for the Chargers with four kills on the night, while Hoeft added five blocks at the net.

Strouth dished out 11 assists, and Joana Neves added seven digs.  

For Dordt Wolfswinkel had 15 kills on the night and Beckering tallied 23 digs.
