Briar Cliff senior first baseman Nico Sall has been named an ABCA/Rawlings NAIA Gold Glove Award recipient, the organization announced Wednesday afternoon.

A native of Omaha, Nebraska, Sall appeared in 44 games and made 41 starts at first base for the Chargers during the 2026 season. He was flawless defensively, recording a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage with 339 putouts and 19 assists.

Sall also contributed significantly at the plate, batting .361 with 57 hits, 10 doubles, 17 home runs, and 50 RBIs.

The ABCA/Rawlings Gold Glove Award recognizes the top defensive players in NAIA baseball and is voted on by members of the American Baseball Coaches Association.
