Nico Sall of the Charger baseball team was named Week 5: GPAC Baseball player of the week for his performances this past weekend.
 

Sall, a senior from Omaha, Nebraska, recorded seven hits with a .700 batting average, .800 on base percentage, and a 1.500 slugging percentage in the four-game series against Bismarck State. Sall tallied two home runs, two doubles, eight RBIs, and a stolen base. In game two of the series, Sall went three-for-four at the plate and hit two home runs and recorded three RBIs.

The Chargers will return to action next Friday as they take on the Hastings Broncos in Hastings, Nebraska.
