Blake Sindelar poured in 27 points as the Chargers rolled past Waldorf 102-67 on Wednesday night.
The Cliff jumped out to a commanding 45-28 halftime lead and outscored the Warriors 57-39 in the second half to cruise to the 35-point win. The Chargers finished the night shooting 61.7% from the field and knocked down 15-of-27 shots from beyond the arc.
Sindelar was efficient from the floor, going nine-for-14 shooting and 5-of-9 from three-point range while adding seven rebounds and three steals.
Dawson Mohr provided a spark off the bench with 19 points on 7-of-8 shooting, including five three-pointers.
Jaxson Wingert chipped in 16 points and five rebounds, while
Wil Lugar stuffed the stat sheet with 10 points, seven rebounds, five assists, three blocks and three steals.
Ryan Kleppe added eight points and four assists for Briar Cliff, which also held a 37-24 rebounding edge.
The Chargers used balanced scoring and ball movement to build their largest lead in the second half, finishing with 17 assists and forcing 19 Waldorf turnovers that led to 21 points.
Waldorf was led by Conner Aldridge's 25 points on nine-of-19 from the field and four-of-four at the free-throw line. McNeal Thompson IV added 11 points off the bench, while Foley Omar scored nine.
The Warriors shot 38.6% from the field and were limited to 7-of-27 from three-point range.
BC moves to 10-10 (7-6 GPAC) and will hit the road this Saturday, as they take on the Hastings Broncos in Hastings, Nebraska. Tip-off is scheduled for 3:45 p.m.
