The Charger women's soccer team fell 4-1 to the Concordia Bulldogs Saturday afternoon in Seward, Nebraska.
The Chargers created early momentum in the match, as
Tamzin Hilton scored in the third minute off an assist from
Ellen Lofsjogard.
The Bulldogs quickly responded with scoring two goals in the 11
th and 13
th minute to take a 2-1 lead.
Concordia added two goals in the second half to extend their lead to three. Hilton led the team with two shots while
Sydney Robbins and Lofsjogard each recorded a shot.
Kinley Wood recorded six saves in the match.
The Chargers move to 2-7 (0-3 GPAC) and will host the Bellevue Bruins this Wednesday on Faber Field. Kickoff is scheduled for 3:30 p.m.
