The Charger wrestling team improved to 4-2 in duals after defeating the visiting Waldorf Warriors Wednesday evening 39-15 inside the Newman Flanagan Center. The Chargers recorded four pins in the victory.
 
The Chargers began the dual at 149, with Trystan Berry picking up a pin over Noah Avilla. At 165, Jackson Balmer recorded a tech fall over Dominique Morrissette. Erik Lessears followed up with a pin at 174 followed by a pin from Ethan Gregg at 184.
 
Jeremiah Bethel picked up a major decision victory over Jackson Rickter.
 
Jarrod Gilliam capped of the night with a pin over Ikuhaiakalani Akina at the 133-pound match.
 
The Chargers will travel to Sioux Falls, South Dakota this Saturday, as they take on Concordia (MN) at 3:30 p.m. and University of Sioux Falls at 5 p.m.
