The Charger women's soccer team earned a 2-0 victory over the Mount Marty Lancers Saturday on Faber Field for Senior Day.
The Chargers in the 33
rd minute took an early 1-0 lead as
Ellen Lofsjogard scored off an assist from
Sierra Brooks.
Brooks added the brace in the 75
th minute to put the Chargers up 2-0.
Caitlin Anderholm anchored the defense in the clean sheet, recording five saves in the match. Lofsjogard and
Tamzin Hilton paced the team in shots with three.
The Chargers will return to action this Wednesday, as they host the Dakota Wesleyan Tigers. Kickoff is scheduled for 3:30 p.m.
