The Charger women's soccer team fell 6-0 to the visiting Bellevue Bruins Wednesday afternoon on Faber Field.
The Bruins scored two first half goals to take an early 2-0 lead. In the 19
th minute,
Ellen Lofsjogard's shot was turned away by the Bruins.
Bellevue extended their lead quickly in the beginning of the second half, scoring three quick goals.
Sierra Brooks and
Emma Blomberg each recorded a shot.
The Chargers fall to 2-8 (0-3 GPAC) and will host the Midland Warriors this Saturday on Faber Field. Kickoff is slated for 3:30 p.m.
