The Charger football team fell on the road to the 10^th ranked Northwestern Red Raiders 71-7 Saturday afternoon in Orange City, Iowa.
 
The Red Raiders scored 21 points in the opening frame, with two touchdowns coming from long runs from Konner McQuillan.
 
Late in the fourth quarter the Chargers got on the board with a 60-yard passing touchdown from Judd Roberts to Cory Carignan.
 
Steven Whiting led the Charger pass catchers, hauling in eight passes for 83 yards.
 
Kael Forsyth and Brett Tinker led the defense with seven tackles a piece. Carlos Lopez recorded five tackles and a sack, finishing the season with 8.5 to lead the GPAC.
 
Lakey Martin also recorded a sack and moved to 3^rd in career sacks with 13.
 
The Chargers conclude the 2024 season with a 2-9 (2-8 GPAC) mark.
