The NAIA released the official list of national qualifiers for the NAIA Wrestling Championships Tuesday. Three Charger wrestlers,
CaRon Watson,
Seth I'nama and
Alton Allen qualified for the national championship meet in Park City, Kansas on March 3.

Watson, the #11 ranked wrestler in the NAIA was an automatic qualifier for nationals after placing second in the 133-pound bracket at the GPAC Championships. Watson carries a 15-5 overall record and was ranked inside the NAIA's top-25 all year, with his ranking being 11th in the final poll.

The Charger heavyweight
Alton Allen placed fourth at the GPAC Championships, earning himself an automatic bid to the national meet. Allen holds a 16-15 record on the season and was ranked as high as #5 in the GPAC 285-pound rankings.

I'nama was the lone Charger to secure an at-large bid. The 125-pounder wrestled his way to the championship match at the conference tournament but fell to the NAIA's No. 13-ranked wrestler in Daniel Vargas. The GPAC was only allocated one automatic bid at 125, but I'nama was awarded the at-large. I'nama was ranked inside the NAIA top-25 three times, ranking as high as #21 in the season's second poll.
