The Briar Cliff baseball team's season came to a close at the GPAC Postseason Tournament Monday with a 6-25 loss to Concordia.
The Bulldogs took command of the game early, scoring 10 runs in the top of the first with four home runs. Concordia hit in total 10 home runs in the contest and scored in every inning but the second.
Quentin Evers drove in the first three Charger runs in the sixth with a three-run home run to left center. Evers tallied three home runs in three GPAC Tournament games. Evers drove in another un in the seventh, scoring Brayden Artzer. Trey Rogers doubled to right field later in the inning, and drove in Jake Chronic and Matthew Delgado.
Evers went 2-for-4 with four RBIs and one run. Cam Riemer was a perfect 3-for-3 with two doubles. Rogers was 2-for-4 with two RBIs.
BC ends the season with a 28-22 record and went 15-13 in conference play.
