Briar Cliff University

Hugo Mariage serves as both a graduate assistant and assistant coach for the Briar Cliff men’s soccer program.

Originally from France, Mariage began his collegiate career at Skagit Valley College, where he earned First Team All-Conference honors in 2022 and led the NWAC in assists. He then transferred to Briar Cliff University for his junior and senior seasons, helping the Chargers capture an undefeated GPAC Conference championship in 2023 and advance to the NAIA National Tournament.

Over his collegiate career, Mariage appeared in 69 matches with 62 starts, totaling 14 goals and 19 assists. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration in 2025 and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in sports management and leadership.

Mariage is the son of Bertrand and Celine Mariage and has one younger brother, Louis.
