Charger Athletics has announced the hiring of Dylan Elsworth as the Head Men's and Women's Bowling Coach in October of 2025

Elsworth spent two seasons as the Head Bowling Coach and Academic Advisor at Thomas More University in Crestview Hills, Kentucky, from 2022-2024. During the 2023-2024 season, four student-athletes from the men's team and three from the women's team earned All-Conference honors.

Elsworth also spent time as an assistant coach at the club level for Ball State University and as an assistant coach at Alexandria Monroe High School. He also served as the event coordinator and social media manager at Dragon's Hoard Coin and Gaming.

Elsworth comes from a long line of bowlers in the state of Indiana and competed collegiately at Urbana University and Ball State University. He earned his bachelor's degree from Thomas More University in 2023, with an emphasis in writing and ethical leadership.
