Briar Cliff University

Dylan Elsworth was named the head coach of the Briar Cliff men’s and women’s bowling programs in October of 2025.

Elsworth brings head coaching experience to the Chargers after spending two seasons as the head coach of the men’s and women’s bowling programs at Thomas More University from 2022–2024. During the 2023–24 season, he coached four men’s student-athletes and three women’s student-athletes to All-Conference honors.

In addition to his coaching background, Elsworth brings three years of academic advising experience, most recently serving at South College in Indianapolis.

A native of Alexandria, Indiana, Elsworth comes from an established lineage of bowlers in the area. He competed collegiately for two seasons at Urbana University before finishing his playing career with two seasons at Ball State University.

Elsworth earned his degree in Ethical Leadership from Thomas More University.
