2019: Made two appearances for BC as a senior.

2018: Appeared in three games for the Cliff.

2017: Played in all 18 games for the Blue and Gold...attempted 22 shots with 11 shots on goal...created two assists and one goal.

HS: Attended Emmetsburg High School, played for Spencer High School...earned seven varsity letters for the Tigers with three in cross country and four in soccer...was honorable mention all-conference as a freshman and senior...was named first-team all-conference and second-team all-state as a sophomore...was named Iowa Corridor Player of the Year as a sophomore and team MVP...missed her junior season due to injury...was a member of the honor roll and National Honor Society at Emmetsburg. 

Personal: Daughter of Shad and Tara Helle...has two sisters, Megan and Ireland, and two brothers, Thomas and McCoy...is also an RA on campus and involved in BCUNSA (nursing club)...majoring in nursing at the Cliff.
