Briar Cliff University

2017-18: Played in all 31 games for the Cliff as a freshman, making 20 starts...averaged 6.1 points per game and was second on the team in assists with 68...also grabbed 33 rebounds and notched 24 steals...dropped in a season-high 18 points in the season opener against Waldorf and dished out a season-high six assists against Olivet Nazarene. 

HS: Heston was a nine-time letterwinner for the Jaguars with three letters in both basketball and golf, two in cross country and one in soccer. Heston shot 65.4 percent from the charity stripe as a senior and 33.3 percent from the field. She also created 51 assists during her senior season. Heston helped Ankeny Centennial to their first state championship as a junior and was named all-state while going 61.1 percent from the field, 66.7 percent from distance and 57.1 percent from the free throw line. Heston earned an academic letter all four years of high school.

Personal: Abby is the daughter of Mark and Jill Heston...majoring in pre-engineering.
