Indoor Track & Field
Ran in two indoor meets for the Chargers.
Outdoor Track & Field
Competed in nine outdoor meets… best individual finish was second in the 200-meter dash at the Red Raider Open… placed fourth in the 4x100 and ninth in the 100m dash at the GPAC Championships… was a member of the BC 4x100 team that finished fourth at the GPAC Championships and automatically qualified for the NAIA National Championships.
2021-22
Indoor Track & Field
Ran in six meets for the Chargers… best individual finish was third in the 200 at the DWU Early Bird… finished seventh at the GPAC Championships in the 4x400.
Outdoor Track & Field
Competed in seven outdoor meets… best individual finish was sixth in the 400 at the Red Raider Open… placed third in the 4x100 and eighth in the 4x400 at the GPAC Championships… was a member of the BC 4x100 team that finished sixth at the NAIA Championship meet.
2020-21
Indoor Track & Field
Competed in five indoor meets for the Chargers.
Outdoor Track & Field
Ran in six outdoor meets for the Chargers... placed fourth in the 4x100 at the GPAC Championships... served as a relay alternate at the NAIA Championships.

Ran in three meets for Briar Cliff.
Outdoor Track & Field
Season canceled due to COVID-19.
High School
Earned varsity letters in basketball, track and football at Parkston High School...was also involved in HOSA.
Personal
Son of Jeremy and Stephanie Seppala...has three siblings...majoring in kinesiology... also a member of the Briar Cliff football team.
