2016 Outdoor: Participated in five events...was an All-American in the 4x800 relay helping the relay team finish fourth with a time of 7:42.65 at the NAIA Championships...earned All-GPAC honors in the 4x800 helping the Charger relay team to a second place finish with a time of 7:43.23 at the GPAC Championships...ran a season-best 800 meter time of 1:57.88 at the Sioux City Relays...earned a personal-best 1500 meter time of 4:13.18 for third place at the Dordt Invitational...ran a season-best 5000 meter time of 16:16.19 at the GPAC Championships...helped the Charger 4x400 relay team run a time of 3:46.49 at the Red Raider Open...helped the BCU 4x800 team finish within the top eight on three occasions during the regular season placing second at the Sioux City Relays with a time of 7:47.97, first at the Red Raider Open with a time of 7:40.70 and seventh at the Drake Relays with a time of 7:42.44.

2016 Indoor: Competed in six events...earned All-American honors in the 4x800 meter relay helping the Chargers relay team finish fourth at the NAIA Championships with a school record time of 7:46.15...named All-GPAC in the 1000 meters finishing eighth with a time of 2:36.35 and in the 4x800 relay placing second with a time of 7:46.46 at the GPAC Championships...ran an 800 meter time of 2:01.79 to place seventh at the Chelsey M. Henkenius Open...placed in the top eight of the 1000 meters on three occasions during the regular season placing fourth at the Dordt Indoor Open with a time of 2:35.83, second at the Dennis Young Classic running a time of 2:37.15 and fourth at the BVU Invite with a personal-best time of 2:34.13...ran a personal-best 4:38.36 mile for fourth place at the Dordt Indoor Open...helped BCU's 4x400 relay team run a time of 3:38.11 at the Chelsey m. Henkenius Open...was part of the 4x800 meter relay team that took first place at the Dennis Young Classic with a time of 7:46.36...helped the BCU distance medley relay team finish first at the Chelsey M. Henkenius Open with a time of 10:30.03...named academic All-GPAC.

2015 Outdoor: Earned All-American status in the 4x800 meter relay at the NAIA Championships with the team clocking a school record 7:38.87 to place seventh in the event...finished ninth in hte 800 meter run at the GPAC Championships with a time of 1:56.67...best time of the year in the 1500 came at the Wildcat Classic with a 4:13.48 to finish 13th.

2015 Indoor: Participated in six events (4x800 meter relay, 1000 meter run, mile run, 800 meter run, 4x400 meter relay and 600 meter run) for BCU during the indoor season...received All-American honors with a sixth place finish in the 4x800 meter relay at the NAIA Championships with a time of 7:45.83...was all-conference in the 4x800 relay as the team set a new school record at the GPAC Championships with a time of 7:51.40 to finish second...finished fifth in the 800 meter run at the SDSU Invite with a time of 1:57.93, the fourth fastest time in Briar Cliff history...placed fifth at the Dennis Young Classic in the 600, clocking a 1:26.70...was named academic All-GPAC.

2014 Outdoor: Competed in five events during the outdoor season...helped the 4x800 meter relay team place eighth at the GPAC Championships with a time of 8:02.96 to earn all-conference honors...was part of the sixth place distance medley at the Sioux City Relays, clocking a 10:43.40...4x400 meter relay team finished ninth at the Mount Marty Twilight meet with a time of 3:35.00...finished 15th in the 1500 meter run at the Red Raider Open with a 4:15.34.

2014 Indoor: Participated in five events for BCU during the indoor season…was all-conference in the 4x800 meter relay as the team ran a 8:20.79 at the GPAC Championships to finish seventh…best finish of the year was third place in the mile at the Ward Haylett Invite, clocking a 4:46.11…was fifth in the 800 meter run at the Graphic Edge Classic with a time of 2:03.67.
