2017 Indoor: Participated in both the weight throw and shot put during the indoor season…finished eighth in the shot put at Dordt with a toss of 12.95 meters and posted a season-best heave of 12.58 meters in the weight throw also at Dordt.

2016 Outdoor: Participated in three events during the outdoor season...earned All-American honors in the javelin launching the javelin for a personal-best 59.01 meters to place seventh at the NAIA Championships...threw the shot for 12.22 meters at the Dordt Invitational for eighth place...threw the discus for a personal-best of 41.84 meters at the Red Raider Open...earned eight top three finishes in the javelin throw, the best of which was first place at the Prairie Wolf Outdoor Invitational with a throw of 57.64 meters.

2016 Indoor: Competed in three events during the indoor season...earned a personal-best time in the 200 meters at the Dennis Young Classic (27.87)...placed fourth in the shot put at the Dennis Young Classic (13.15 meters) and Dordt Indoor Open (13.14 meters)...earned a personal-best in the shot put at the Chelsey M. Henkenius Open (13.55 meters) for seventh place...placed eighth in the weight throw at the Dennis Young Classic (13.11 meters).

2015 Outdoor: Participated in the shot put, discus and javelin during the outdoor season...was all-conference in the javelin with a toss of 53.86 meters at the GPAC Championships...best throw in the discus came at the Red Raider Open with a toss of 34.81 meters and threw the shot put 12.94 meters at the Wildcat Classic, both 20th place finishes. 

2015 Indoor: Competed in the shot put and weight throw during the indoor season...finished second in the weight throw at the Dennis Young Classic with a toss of 13.37 meters...best throw of the shot put during the season was 13.37 meters at the Dordt Open to finish 10th. 

2014 Outdoor Season: Participated in the shot put and discus during the outdoor season...was ninth at the Mount Marty Twilight meet in the shot put with a mark of 12.30 meters and was 17th in the discus at the Red Raider Open with a toss of 36.93 meters. 

2014 Indoor Season: Competed in both the shot put and weight throw during the indoor season...placed fourth in the weight throw at the Wartburg Open with a toss of 11.06 meters...was seventh in the shot put at the Dordt Invite with a throw of 12.62 meters.
