2018 Outdoor: Competed in seven events during outdoor season...was All-GPAC in three events and a national qualifier in two events...helped BC finish 17th at the national meet in the 4x400 with a time of 3:19.82...was part of the second place 4x100 relay team at the GPAC Outdoor Championships, clocking a 41.17...was All-GPAC in the 200 with a time of 22.06 to finish fourth at the GPAC Outdoor Championship. 

2018 Indoor: Competed in four events for the Cliff...helped the 4x400 team place ninth at the Dordt Indoor Open with a time of 3:41.86...was seventh in the 60 meter dash at the Chelsey M. Henkenius Open after running a 7.24...placed ninth at the Dordt Open in the 55 meter dash, clocking a 6.74. 

2017 Outdoor: Competed in six events during the outdoor season and earned all-conference honors in the 100 meters, 200 meters, 4x100 relay and 4x400 relay…finished third in the 100 meters at the Red Raider Open (11.11), fourth at the Dordt Invite (11.00), fifth at the Sioux City Relays (11.05), seventh at the BVU Invite (11.60) and eighth at the GPAC Championships (11.15)…placed second in the 200 meters at the Red Raider Open (21.97), third at the Sioux City Relays (22.18), fifth at the BVU Invite (22.88) and seventh at the GPAC Championships (22.40)…crossed the finish line fifth in the 400 meters at the Dordt Last Chance Meet (53.96)…helped the 1600 sprint medley team finish third at the Sioux City Relays (3:32.10)…assisted the 4x100 relay squad in finishing first at both the Dordt Last Chance Meet (43.39) and at the Red Raider Open (43.21) and fifth at the GPAC Championships (42.40)…was a member of the 4x400 team that finished fourth at the GPAC Championships (3:20.28).

2017 Indoor: Participated three events during the indoor season…ran a season-best 55 meters at the GPAC Championships (6.68)…best finish in the 60 meters was sixth place at the DWU Alumni Open (7.18)…took the crown of the 200 meters at the Dennis Young Classic (22.95) and earned All-GPAC honors in the event by finishing fifth at the GPAC Championships (22.89).

2016 Outdoor: Competed in five events for the Chargers...placed fourth in the 100 meters at both the Dordt Invitational (11.29) and seventh at the Red Raider Open (11.08)...was all-conference in the 200 meters placing seventh at the GPAC Championships (11.01) while also having a second place finish at the Priarie Wolf Outdoor Invitational (22.09) and earned sixth place finishes in the 200 at both the Dordt Invitational (22.59) and Sioux City Relays (22.38)...helped the BCU 4x100 relay team win first place at the Red Raider Open (42.06)...was part of the Charger 4x200 team that broke the school record in that event with a time of 1:26.62 to finish first at the Sioux City Relays...helped the Cliff sprint medley relay team earn a first place finish at the Sioux City Relays (3:35.26). 

2016 Indoor: Participated in four events...earned a personal-best 55 meter time of 6.94 at the Dordt Indoor Open...ran a personal-best 60 meter time of 7.24 at the Chelsey M. Henkenius Open...ran a season-best time of 23.29 in the 200 meters at the Chelsey M. Henkenius Open for seventh place and earned a seventh place finish in the 200 meters at the BVU Invite running a time of 23.53...helped the Charger 4x400 meter relay team run a time of 3:40.15 for eighth place at the Dordt Indoor Open.
