2017 Outdoor: Redshirted and did not compete in any events during the outdoor season.
2017 Indoor: Participated in the 60 meters, 200 meters, 400 meters and was a member of the 4x400 squad during the indoor season…earned All-American honors by placing eighth in the 400 meters at the NAIA Track & Field Championships (1:45.75)….notched All-GPAC honors and was crowned the champion of the 200 meters (22.33) and 400 meters (49.26) at the GPAC Championships…also earned All-GPAC honors as a member of the 4x400 relay team that finished fourth (3:28.51) at the GPAC Championships…placed fourth in the 60 meters at the Chelsey M. Henkenius Open (7.18) during the regular season.
2016 Outdoor: Participated in the 200, 400 and as part of the sprint medley relay, 4x100, 4x200 and 4x400 meter relay teams...earned All-American honors in the 400 meters placing second (47.13) and the 4x400 meter relay placing sixth (3:13.09) at the NAIA Championships...his 400 meter time at the NAIA Championships was a new school record...became all-conference in the 200 meters place first at the GPAC Indoor Championships (21.22)...other first place finishes in the 200 came at the Dordt Invitational (21.51) and Red Raider Open (21.41)...earned all-conference in the 400 meters earning a first place finish at the GPAC Championships (47.64)...other first place finishes in the 400 meters came at the Wildcat Classic (48.88), Dordt Invitational (49.42), and Sioux City Relays (47.88)...garnered all-conference honors as part of a 4x100 meter relay team that placed second at the GPAC Championships (41.52) and first at the Dordt Invitational (42.69), Sioux City Relays (41.73), and Red Raider Open (42.06)...helped the BCU 4x200 relay team set a new school record and finish first at the Sioux City Relays (1:26.62)...earned all-conference honors as part of the 4x400 meter relay team helping BCU finish first at the GPAC Championships (3:17.20) and Sioux City Relays (3:17.47)...helped Briar Cliff set a new school record and place second in the sprint medley relay at the Drake Relays (3:26.01).
2016 Indoor: Competed in the 200 meters, 400 meters and 4x400 meter relay...was all-conference in the 200 meters and set a new school record sprinting a time of 21.22 at the GPAC Indoor Championships to place second...earned first place finishes in the 400 meters at the Dordt Indoor Open (49.64), Dennis Young Classic (49.20), Chelsey M. Henkenius Open (49.39) and GPAC Indoor Championships (48.33)...helped the BCU 4x400 relay team place first at the Dordt Indoor Open (3:24.76), Chelsey M. Henkenius Open (3:23.33) and GPAC Indoor Championships (3:17.34)...earned all-conference honors in the 200 meters, 400 meters and 4x400 meter relay...placed sixth in the 400 meters (48.74) and helped BCU's 4x400 team place fifth (3:17.35) at the NAIA Championships...earned All-American honors in the 400 meters and 4x400 meter relay...named All-GPAC.
2015 Outdoor: Was named All-American in the 400 meter dash and 4x400 meter relay after placing third in both events at the NAIA Championships...placed third at nationals in the 400 meter dash and helped the 4x400 relay team also place third with a time of 3:12.52...also helped the team set a new school record in the 4x4 during the prelims with a time of 3:12.32...ran a school record in the 400 at the GPAC Championship with a time of 47:37...was all-conference in the 200 meter dash, 400 meter dash, 4x100 meter relay and 4x400 meter relay, finishing first in all of the events except for the 4x4, which was third place...the 4x100 team set a new school record at the national meet as well with a time of 41.08, finishing 10th... set a new school record in the 200 meter dash at the Red Raider Open with a time of 21.06.
2015 Indoor: Competed in in four events during the indoor season (400 meter dash, 4x400 and 4x200 meter relays and 200 meter dash...was part of the 4x400 meter relay team that finished third at the NAIA Championships, earning All-American honors and setting a school record with a team time of 3:12.70...the third place finish was the highest by a relay team in BCU history...was also All-American in the 400 as he placed fourth at the national meet with a school record time of 47.93...was all-conference in the 400 and 200 meter dash...won the 400 at the GPAC Championships with a school-record time of 48.54 and placed third at the GPAC Championships in the 200 with a time of 22.25.
2014 Outdoor: Participated in five events during the outdoor season...set multiple school records on his way to qualifying for nationals in the 400 meter dash, the 4x100 meter relay and the 4x400 meter relay...grabbed All-American honors at the NAIA National meet in the 400 meter dash with a time of 47.37 to place fourth...the 47.37 time set a new school record that he had already broke two other times this season as he first broke it at the Red Raider Open with a 48.44 and then broke it again at the GPAC Championships to be named all-conference with a time of 47.76 meters...was part of the ninth place 4x1 relay team at nationals with a time of 41.45 and also qualified for nationals in the 4x4 but the team was interfered with and couldn't finish the race...helped the 4x1 team win the event at the GPAC Championships with a school record time of 41.33...also helped the 4x4 team break the school record twice as they ran a new record time of 3:14.83 at the Sioux City Relays and then broke that record at the Concordia Twilight meet with a 3:14.51.
2014 Indoor: Competed in five events during the indoor season...was an All-American as part of the national qualifying 4x400 meter relay that placed fourth at the NAIA National meet with a time of 3:15.79...helped set the school record in the 4x4, clocking a 3:14.83 during prelims of the national meet....was all-conference in the 4x4 as the team ran a 3:27.00 at the GPAC Championships...grabbed first place in the 400 meter dash at the Wartburg Open with a time of 51.21...was also first in the 200 meter dash at the Dennis Young Classic with a final time of 22.39.
