2016 Outdoor: Participated in eleven events for the Chargers...had a season-best time of 12.23 in the 100 meters at the Red Raider Open..had a personal-best in the 400 meters of 55.97 at the GPAC Championships...finished seventh at the Red Raider Open in the 1500 with a personal-best time of 5:24.83...posted a personal-best time of 21.02 in the 110 hurdles at the GPAC Championships...earned a personal-best in the pole vault with a vault of 2.90 meters at the GPAC Championships...earned a seventh place finish in the discus with a throw of 26.95 meters at the Red Raider Open...had a personal-best in the decathlon with a score of 4647 at the GPAC Championships...was all-conference in the high jump (1.76 meters), javelin throw (37.80 meters) and shot put (10.73 meters) at the GPAC Championships, placing seventh, eighth and eighth, respectively.

2016 Indoor: Competed in nine events during the indoor season...ran a personal-best time of 7.19 seconds in the 55 meters at the Dordt Indoor Open...ran a personal-best of 7.63 at the BVU Invite...earned a personal-best time of 3:11.57 for fifth place at the Dennis Young Classic...placed sixth in the 60 meter hurdles at the Dennis Young Classic clocking a time of 11.46...placed fourth in high jump at the BVU Invite with a leap of 1.83 meters...placed third in the pole vault at the Dennis Young Classic going over at 2.85 meters...earned a personal-best in the long jump with a jump of 6.00 meters at the Chelsey M. Henkenius Open...threw the shot put for 10.51 meters for fourth place at the Dennis Young Classic...placed fifth in the heptathalon with a score of 3449 at the Dennis Young Classic...named academic All-GPAC and was a NAIA Scholar Athlete.

2015 Outdoor: Participated in the long jump, high jump and javelin during the outdoor season...finished 11th in the long jump at the Red Raider Open with a leap of 5.89 meters...best throw of the season in the javelin came at the Dordt Invite with a toss of 40.45 meters to place 13th. 

2015 Indoor: Competed in the long jump, high jump and 200 meter dash during the indoor season for the Cliff...best finish of the season was fifth place in the high jump at the Buena Vista Classic with a leap of 1.76 meters...placed seventh at the Dennis Young Classic in the long jump with a jump of 5.93 meters...was named academic All-GPAC.

2014 Outdoor: Participated in the high jump, long jump and javelin during the outdoor season...placed fifth in the long jump with a jump of 6.07 meters at the Mount Marty Twilight meet...finished sixth in the high jump at the Red Raider Open with a leap of 1.71 meters...was 12th in the javelin at the Red Raider Open with a toss of 37.62 meters.

2014 Indoor: Competed in the high jump and long jump for the Chargers during the indoor season...placed fourth at the Wartburg Open in the high jump with a leap of 1.75 meters...best finish in the long jump was seventh place at the Dordt Invite with a jump of 6.00 meters.
