2015 Outdoor: Helped the 4x800 meter relay team qualify for the NAIA Championships where the team set a new school record with a time of 7:38.87 to finish seventh in the event and nabbed All-American status...was all-conference in the 1500 meter run with a time of 3:58.15 to place second at the GPAC Championships, setting a new school record in the process...the 4x8 team also finished second at the GPAC Championships to garner more all-conference honors with a time of 7:41.00...was named a NAIA Scholar Athlete. 

2015 Indoor: Competed in the mile run, 4x800 meter relay, 1000 meter run, 4x400 meter relay and the 800 meter run during the indoor season for the Chargers...qualified for the national meet in both the 4x800 and the 1000 meter run...received All-American honors with a sixth place finish in the 4x800 meter relay at the NAIA Championships with a time of 7:45.83...placed ninth in the 1000 meter run at the national meet with a time of 2:33.45...was all-conference in the 4x800 relay as the team set a new school record at the GPAC Championships with a time of 7:51.40 to finish second...set a new school record in the 1000 meter run at the SDSU Invite, clocking a 2:29.69...was named academic All-GPAC.

2014 Outdoor: Participated in seven different events during the outdoor season...was all-conference in the 4x800 meter relay as the team finished eighth at the GPAC Championships with a time of 8:02.96...finished third in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the Mount Marty Twilight meet with a time of 10:14.41...was sixth at the Red Raider Open in the 5000 meter run, clocking a 16:05.20...helped the distancce medley team place sixth at the Sioux City Relays, running a 10:43.40.

2014 Indoor: Competed in four events during the indoor season…was all-conference in the 1000 meter run (2:38.83) and the 4x800 meter relay (8:20.79), finishing seventh in both events…best finish of the season in the 1000 meter run was second place at the Wartburg Open with a time of 2:44.63…also finished second in the mile at the Dennis Young Classic with a time of 4:38.58.
