Biography
2015 Outdoor: Participated in the 1500 and 5000 meter runs during the outdoor season...clocked a 5:01.84 in the 1500 at the Dordt Invite and ran an 18:18.15 in the 5000 meter at the Red Raider Open for his best times of the year in each event.
2015 Indoor: Competed in four events during the indoor season for BCU (1000 and 3000 meter runs, one mile run and 4x800 meter relay)...helped the 4x800 team place third at the Dennis Young Classic with a team time of 9:18.23...ran a 10:57.48 in the 3000 meter at the Dennis Young Classic...was named academic all-conference.
2014 Outdoor: Participated in four events during the outdoor season...won the 10000 meter run at the Red Raider Open with a time of 37:35.00...placed 12th in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the Wildcat Open with a time of 12:14.59...clocked an 18:13.95 at the Mount Marty Twilight meet in the 5000 meter run to finish 19th.
2014 Indoor: Competed in the 4x800 meter relay, 1000 meter run, 3000 meter run and the mile during the indoor season...best finish of the season was in the 1000, placing fifth with a time of 3:00.01...was sixth in the mile at the Wartburg Open with a time of 5:09.15 and was part of a sixth place 4x8 team at the Graphic Edge Classic as they ran a 8:47.85.
